Machinery Technician (Position Available In Darlington & Barneveld)
The largest volume Case IH dealer in Wisconsin is looking for a new enthusiastic person to join our machinery technician team. There will be some machinery specialization, with opportunities to work on many different types and makes of equipment. During a normal week of work, one could perform duties on tractors, combines, skid steers, telehandlers and many other pieces of machinery. Being part of the machinery technician team is one of the integral functions for keeping Ritchie Implement Inc. a successful organization. Not only will you be working on machinery, you may also have to interact with some customers during your job duties. Therefore, a great attitude is a must to maintain the professional caring image that Ritchie's wants to portray to their customers and other team members.

Major Job activities - Inspection and trouble-shooting - Resolving service concerns in a timely and accurate method - Continued training on product lines - Performing on farm service calls - Setting-up new machinery and pre-delivery inspections - Problem solving and decision making - Communicating with service manager.

We are looking for someone who is; self motivated, hard working, energetic, personable and detail-oriented for this position. Knowledge of electrical troubleshooting, hydraulics and general maintenance procedures are a must. Experience is not vital, but is a plus. A two-year or four-year degree is also recommended in order to possess the basic skills needed to perform adequately.  Fluent communication throughout the organization is strongly promoted and supported. Keeping good communication lines open is the key to success and growth.
